Once you have picked up your hire car from Luton airport, there are a number of things that you can do in and arund Luton airport. If you need shopping, then your nearest port of call is Luton. Luton is just a few minutes drive from the airport. There is lots of parking in Luton at the Mall. The Mall is a large shoppin gcentre with most major depatment stores within it. Luton also has a cinema and bowling alley in the same building which is a short walk from the Mall at the Galaxy Centre.
Luton also has a football club – Luton Town Football club also known as The Hatters. The team is currently in the Conference National league.

As you approach Luton Airport, you will come to a turning on the right. This is the mid term carpark. Shuttle buses leave from here to the terminal on a regular basis, however it is just a 10 minute wal to the terminal building. You can park here for free for 30 minutes. There is a drop off point further up the road past this car park. You can park for 10 minutes but please note there is a £2 fee to leave the drop off point and fines if you stay longer than 10 minutes.

At the check in concourse there are a number of shops and places to eat and drink, including a Starbucks, a Costa and a Caffe Nero. You will also find amongst other shops, a Marks and Spencer Simply Food, and a WH Smith.
